Carolyn first joined the Trust in March 2023 leading on various HR Projects. Prior to working at RLT Carolyn worked in the university sector for 25 years. During her HR career there she held a number of operational, leadership and change/organisation wide project implementation roles. In September 2025 Carolyn took up a new role in the central RLT HR team as HR Officer. Carolyn is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and holds an MBA.
